I met Des on new years day hes a good friend of Megs my friend up in Cairns, it was a typical Melbourne day, I was totally unprepared after searing 42 degree heat the previous day (I was in a sarong and singlet). It dropped to about 16 degrees I had to borrow his thermals and it poured for hours. We got stuck in this little hut listening to some techno concert happening in the park and watched a few of the fluffed up pretty Melbournians getting in a tiz because their hair and clothes got wet.This is the the view.
